Who says what you learn in school got nothing to do with your future?

There's a lot of people always like to say these:

-Why are we learning all these subjects for? 

-Does it have any help to my future?

-All these have nothing to do with my future, I won't need it at all. 

Whoever says these definitely have not learn well or truly understands the logic behind it. All these we had learnt made us today! Especially Mathematics, there's a few topics that we are applying in our daily lifestyle if you didn't noticed that.

Here are a few to mention:

1. Chapter: Percentage (Primary Level)

You sure do look out for discounts when you do your weekly shopping. This is one useful chapter we learnt in primary school which can help us do the right calculation in times of need and help us to save more.

Imagine how your lifestyle will be like not knowing this chapter, I guess you won't want to be laugh at when he sales person heard you say that an additional 20% discount on top of your 10% discounted item gives you a total of 30% discount off the original price. Either do you want to make those silly mistakes or get trick by their marketing strategy in front of the sales person than being a smart saver.

2. Chapter: Simple Interest & Compound Interest (Secondary Level)

Well, everyone likes to talk about investment and grow rich at certain stage of their life. But can you do so by not knowing how to calculate using simple interest and compound interest? If you can't, you can hire a personal investment agent to do so for you (since you can invest, you're kinda rich too I guess). By doing so, ain't you worried about being cheated of your money too?

Imagine how your investment amount will turn out to be years later after investing in simple interest & compound interest. Knowing the difference really make a big difference to the final amount. I bet you won't want to be shocked by the amount years later and realized you've wasted your time investing in the wrong interest.
